Service apartments are usually to rent for periods of 2/3 weeks or more, subject to availability. Prices vary considerably according to the time of the year; length of letting, and standard and location of property. On enquiry, we will be able to tell you precisely what is available and at what rent. The following is a general guide and is based on Autumn/Spring prices:

Studio” (one room, kitchen or kitchenette and bathroom/shower room) flats start from about Ł450.00 per week

One bedroom flats from about Ł600.00 per week

Two bedroom flats from about Ł1000.00 per week

Three bedroom flats from about Ł1,600.00 per week

Four bedroom flats from about Ł2,200.00 per week.

With service apartments, all rental prices are inclusive of heating, lighting, cooking costs as well as including linen change and cleaning. In some cases, VAT is payable in addition to the rent. It will be made clear, when a specific property is offered, whether or not VAT is included. All service flats are self-contained, self-catering units. Except for “studio” flats, each flat has at least one reception room. Some of the larger flats have two or three full bathrooms. Most of the reception rooms have a settee, which converts into a double bed for additional accommodation.
