Service apartments are usually to rent for periods of 2/3 weeks or more, subject to availability. Prices vary considerably according to the time of the year; length of letting, and standard and location of property. On enquiry, we will be able to tell you precisely what is available and at what rent. The following is a general guide and is based on Autumn/Spring prices:

With service apartments, all rental prices are inclusive of heating, lighting, cooking costs as well as including linen change and cleaning. In some cases, VAT is payable in addition to the rent. It will be made clear, when a specific property is offered, whether or not VAT is included. All service flats are self-contained, self-catering units. Except for “studio” flats, each flat has at least one reception room. Some of the larger flats have two or three full bathrooms. Most of the reception rooms have a settee, which converts into a double bed for additional accommodation.

Short let apartments
Short let apartments are generally individually owned flats and are less expensive than service apartments, with either no cleaning included or just cleaning on a weekly basis. Heating, lighting and cooking charges are included. Below are a few examples of many such apartments handled by us:
