Advice
We are happy to discuss the marketing of your property as well as other property related matters such as taxation and legal requirements.Range
We have extensive contacts with the Human Resources and Housing Officers of several hundred multi national companies and international organisations. As well as having an ongoing requirement for high quality property, their employees make first class tenants as they are willing and able to pay considerable rents.Full Management Service
We offer a full management service that includes at least three inspections per year. We have an 'out of hours' answering service from which messages are taken at regular intervals of an evening and at weekends.Accounting
Regular reports and statements can be provided, and for clients resident overseas full consideration of tax implications is made.Charges
Our charges are very competitive. For our full letting and management service we charge 15% of the total rent (which includes letting and rent collection). Our letting and rent collection charge is 10% of the total rent. All our fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
